Main Application of ZP35D/37D/41D rotary tablet press:
ZP35D/37D/41D rotary tablet press is a double-pressing type,
continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw
materials into tablets with different shapes, double color and
impressed letters on both sides. It is mainly used in manufacturing
piece prescription in pharmaceutical, chemical, foods, electronics
industry.
(Note: when manufacturing double color pieces, it not only need to
replace components, but also a device for removing and sucking
powders which greatly lowers the cost and increases profit.)
Operating Principle of ZP35D/37D/41D rotary tablet press:
1.The cover is made of stainless steel with close type . The inner
tablet surface is also made of stainless steel materials which
could keep surface luster and prevent from cross pollution. Our
ZP35D/37D/41D rotary tablet press meets GMP requirement.
2. Equipped with plexiglass perspective window which could help to
observe the status of pressing piece. Side blank could be fully
opened, easy to clean and maintain.
3. All monitors and operating components are in good order.
4. Applying with frequency changing, speed regulating apparatus to
do electricity regulation. The convenient operation and smooth
rotation are safe.
5. Equipped with over-load protection apparatus. When pressure
overloads, the machine will stop automatically.
6. Combining ZP35D/37D/41D rotary tablet press with electricity,
equipped with touching key and screen.
7. The first kind rotary tablet press is with semi-automatically
lubricating equipment and plexiglass anti-dust cover on the upper
of revolving table.
8. Transmitting system is sealed in the oil box under the main
machine. It is a separate component,no pollution, easy heat
dissipation, wear resistance.
